We are seeking a capable and experienced professional to join The Hotel Britomart in the position of F&B Duty Manager.

The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. To be successful in the role you will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in Food and beverage.
• Strong leadership and cross training skills.
• Event & Lounge Duty Manager experience
• Work well under pressure and in a range of hospitality environment.
• Flexibility on working in a rotating roster (7 days a week)
