We are seeking capable and experienced professionals to join The Hotel Britomart in the position of Casual - Food and Beverage Attendant. We’re looking for passionate individuals to join the team. You will thrive on immersing yourself in the brand and hotel operation and be proud to be part of The Hotel Britomart team. You will be reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Anticipating a table’s needs and timing your attention.
• Ensuring all tables in your section are well looked after.
• Be flexible and able to assist in our conference and events space,The Libraries and kingi Private.
• Perform opening and closing duties of the outlet as required.
• Prepare for all service periods and ensure outlet is set up.
• Know and adhere to the Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handlers Guidelines.
• Possess good menu knowledge to recommend dishes and guide guests’ decisions.
• Proficient and efficient in all food and drink delivery processes.
• Flexibility to work on a roster
