  • We are looking for a Marketing Superstar who is a creative to the core, a rounded marketing generalist and someone who lives and breathes storytelling. You understand how to capture a moment, craft copy that resonates, and turn guest experiences into compelling narratives across digital, social, PR and beyond.
  • This role reports to the Head of Hospitality Marketing (Cooper and Company) and plays a central part in driving brand awareness, guest engagement, revenue and occupancy across both properties.

The Landing Residences

  • Four exceptional villa-style residences set within a 400-hectare coastal property in the Bay of Islands. Guests experience fully hosted, lodge-style stays with private chefs, curated experiences and unparalleled natural beauty.

The Role

  • This is a hands on, highly creative position for someone ready to take the next step in their marketing career and who wants real breadth and responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead content creation across digital, social, email, print and video
  • Oversee website performance, optimisation and digital analysis
  • Deliver brand, marketing and PR strategies 
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions and brand activations
  • Manage media relations, press materials and agency partnerships
  • Drive strategic collaborations and cross-property initiatives
  • Oversee creative production including photography and brand assets
  • Track budgets, measure performance and report on marketing results
  • Act as a trusted marketing lead across teams and stakeholders

  • Having worked as a Marketing Executive or Marketing Coordinator, you are now ready to step into an entrylevel leadership role and grow.
  • You will be comfortable representing our brands with warmth and professionalism, supporting revenue objectives, and contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing and/or communications role, ideally within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sound understanding of digital and social media platforms and tools, including Meta, Google Analytics, WordPress, Squarespace, Mailchimp, IconosquareReviewPro, and media monitoring services.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Photography skills or a background in visual content creation would be advantageous.
  • Be prepared to travel on a minimum quarterly basis between Auckland and Kerikeri.
