We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week).

About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest room and public area reflects the high standards our guests have come to expect. Your attention to detail, pride in your work, and commitment to exceptional service will help create an outstanding experience for every guest who stays with us.

What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to luxury hotel standards
• Refreshing amenities and ensuring rooms are impeccably presented
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas as required
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost property
• Following hotel health, safety, and sustainability procedures
• Working collaboratively with the Housekeeping and wider hotel teams
• Delivering warm, professional service when interacting with guests

You will:

• Take pride in delivering consistently high standards
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Enjoy being active and working in a fast-paced environment
• Have a positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Be flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential—we can train the right person
